About the Client: We are partnering with a major global technology consultancy to find a Cloud Developer for a long-term deployment with one of Hong Kong's most established enterprise organizations. The end-client operates at a massive scale, providing critical infrastructure and services across the region. This is an environment focused on stability, structured delivery, and large-scale digital modernization.

The Role & Landscape: You will be stepping into an established engineering team focused on building and modernizing cloud-native applications. This isn't just maintaining old code; you will be actively involved in new API development and microservices architecture.

• Develop and deploy robust, cloud-native applications natively on Microsoft Azure.

• Build out RESTful APIs and microservices using modern C# and .NET Core.

• Take ownership of CI/CD pipeline implementation using Azure DevOps.

• Work on complex application integration and support ongoing modernization initiatives.

• Ensure smooth operations by preparing technical documentation and participating in production support.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3 to 5 years of solid experience in software engineering, heavily focused on the Microsoft stack.

• Proven hands-on capability with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

• Strong practical experience with Azure PaaS offerings—specifically Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.

• Experience building REST APIs and understanding of microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, Git for version control, and SQL Server / Azure SQL Database.

• Bonus points if you have experience with Terraform, AKS, Logic Apps, or an Azure Developer Associate Certification.
