The Client Onboarding Tech Product Owner will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance the client onboarding experience. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of financial services, client onboarding processes, and technology product management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product strategy and roadmap for client onboarding technology solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and define product features.
Prioritize product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and client needs.
Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the product development process.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all product development activities.
Act as the subject matter expert for client onboarding technology solutions, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Around 7 - 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on client onboarding or related technology solutions in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of client onboarding processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Experienced gained from either Retail / Private Banking or Wealth Management especially in the banking domain is an advantage.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technology solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
