The Change Management Director will lead and shape enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and the Target Operating Model. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in strategic change, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will design and execute change plans, drive adoption, and embed new ways of working across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and roadmaps aligned to business objectives and Target Operating Model
Lead end-to-end change initiatives, from stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to training, communication, and benefits realization
Partner with Senior Leadership to define change vision, secure buy-in, and monitor progress against adoption metrics
Design, deliver, and oversee change impact assessments, readiness surveys, and feedback loops
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, PMO, and business units
Champion agile ways of working—Scrum, Kanban, Lean—and integrate these practices into change execution
Create and deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and executive briefings to senior stakeholders
Coach and mentor change practitioners, project managers, and business leads on change management best practices
Monitor and report on change adoption, resistance, and key performance indicators; adjust plans to mitigate risks

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related consulting roles
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Target Operating Models at the enterprise level
Proven track record of driving large-scale, strategic change across complex corporate environments
Strong proficiency with agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage all organizational levels
Outstanding presentation capabilities, with experience briefing C-suite and executive committees
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related field
