Cash Market Trading BA/ PM - Prominent Finance Firm

Our client, a leading finance firm, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager in the Cash Trading sector. The ideal candidate will support various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the stocks/cash market. They should possess a strong personality to adapt to the rapidly changing investment landscape and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.

• Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive change and deliver results.

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects to enhance the Hong Kong securities market.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for business requirements with relevant functional teams.

• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentation materials in both English and Chinese.

• Conduct research on market and policy developments related to strategic projects.

• Analyze data to monitor project performance, including financial metrics.

• Schedule and track project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or securities operations within a reputable financial organization.

• Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively, contributing valuable insights to discussions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong capital market.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Strong numerical skills and experience in financial analysis.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Confluence, and JIRA.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
