Our client, a tier 1 global investment bank, is looking for a C++ Developer to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend systems for electronic trading technology within the financial industry.
Collaborate with the team to upgrade the trading platform by implementing new features and functionalities.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Conduct thorough testing of software components to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
Provide business support by assisting with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and addressing user inquiries.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and effective collaboration.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and best practices.

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in C++ programming language.
Previous experience in backend development is required; experience in the financial industry in electronic trading technology is highly preferred.
Familiarity with various C++ versions is beneficial but not a strict requirement.
Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience, although the criteria are flexible.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
