Our client is a leading esteemed financial services firm, they are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Strategy Project Manager to join the business strategy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading key strategic initiatives and projects, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic plans to achieve the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance competitive positioning within the financial services industry.

• Lead cross-functional project teams to execute strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Monitor project progress and performance against key performance indicators and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats within the financial services sector.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and develop business cases for new initiatives.

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business strategy, project management, or related roles within the financial services industry.

• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive results.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies with a strong understanding of financial services products and services.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
