Business Solutions Technology Director - Healthcare and Wellness

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Technology Solutions Director to lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of technology solutions for a major healthcare and wellness organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business operations within the healthcare industry and the ability to leverage technology to drive innovation and improve efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization.

• Lead a team of technology professionals in the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions that support the organization's healthcare and wellness services.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and C-Suites to define business requirements and ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare industry and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for the implementation and maintenance of technology platforms, including electronic medical records systems, telemedicine solutions, and data analytics tools.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security best practices, and data privacy standards in all technology initiatives.

• Manage the technology budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive continuous improvement in technology operations.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the technology team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.

• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems, telemedicine solutions, data analytics tools, and other healthcare technology platforms.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business value through technology solutions.

• Relevant certifications in project management, IT security, or healthcare technology are a plus.
