Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a business operation manager for the new fintech initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the department head in preparing documents for board meetings, managing cross-functional programs, and monitoring Fintech projects.
Responsibilities:
Provide business management and operational support to the department head
Manage the progress of Fintech projects
Prepare discussion papers, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders
Provide business support to the Fintech project teams
Requirements:
Ideally 8+ years of business operation experience in financial institutions/fintech companies
Passionate about Fintech & Innovation
Strong presentation, interpersonal and coordination skills
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration or Management is a plus
