Our client is a leading global investment bank seeking a high-caliber Business Analyst / Product Owner to join their team. The ideal candidate is a proactive Business Analyst with a strong critical thinking mindset and experience in investment risk and/or order lifecycles. You should be skilled at translating complex business requirements into streamlined workflows and driving high-quality system enhancements and product upgrades.

• Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and business requirement documentation (BRD) to managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch troubleshooting.

• Define project scope, draft user stories, and re-engineer internal workflows to optimize system performance and operational efficiency.

• Architect project roadmaps, ensuring every milestone is achieved on schedule, within the defined scope, and under budget.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional working groups. You will chair meetings, prepare executive-level steering committee materials, and resolve resource or expectation gaps through effective negotiation and escalation.

• Track all dependencies and deliverables, providing transparent status updates to senior leadership while ensuring a smooth transition to "business as usual.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or IT, backed by 5–8 years of robust project management experience within the banking sector.

• Specialized experience in investment risk, advisory frameworks, order lifecycles, or revenue/fee management is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, or User-Centered Design will be considered a significant advantage.

• You have the rare ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive management.

• You are a "big picture" strategist who remains detail-oriented. You are comfortable working under pressure, possess a solution-focused attitude, and are willing to be flexible and experimental in your approach.

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are essential to navigating a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
