Our client is a top-tier global bank renowned for its innovation and market-leading financial services. To support their expanding regional footprint, they are seeking a high-caliber, proactive Business Analyst to spearhead several digital transformation and regional platform initiatives.

You will own digital projects end-to-end from idea to launch. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, working closely with UX, Tech, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.

Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering, write user stories, design workflows, and suggest system improvements.
Manage the full project lifecycle, including feasibility, documentation, UAT, and rollout.
Partner with UX designers on wireframes and prototypes for a seamless user experience.
Manage timelines, budgets, and vendors; prepare status updates for senior management.
Chair working groups, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Tech stakeholders.

Requirements:
8+ years as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services (Wealth Management / Private Banking preferred).
Proven experience delivering web and mobile digital products.
Strong experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Quick learner, great problem-solver, and comfortable handling multiple projects under pressure.
Fluent English is required; Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is highly preferred.
