Business Analyst Digital Transformation (Top-tier Financial Institution) - J12547

Our client, a top-tier bank, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their project team. The ideal candidate will have a critical-thinking mindset, bring creative ideas, and provide agile support to the Product Owner in defining product vision, setting priorities, and shaping execution strategies. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders and technology teams to elicit, document, and maintain clear, structured requirements.

• Analyse end‑user needs and translate insights into design decisions that support a seamless, user‑centred experience.

• Create detailed business analysis deliverables, including user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and recommendations for process or system enhancements.

• Lead or coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT): capture defects, track resolution with relevant teams, and validate fixes.

• Produce regular communications and materials such as project status updates, working group presentations, and management reports.

• Facilitate stakeholder coordination, drive issue resolution, and escalate risks or blockers as required to ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or project management. A proven track record in Retail Banking or management consulting is a strong advantage.

• Effectively partner with the Sales team to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and collaborate closely with the Tech team to manage feature planning across the product lifecycle (from initial design to final delivery).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or user-centered design practices is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across diverse functions and with stakeholders at all seniority levels.

• Proficiency in Chinese (including Putonghua) is desirable.
