Key Responsibilities
Support Business Analyst tasks, ensuring accurate data analysis, clear user stories, and seamless UAT alignment.
Prepare progress updates to keep project teams and management informed.
Assist in project management activities, contributing to efficient execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather MI reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
4 - 7 years of experience in Life Operations; previous exposure to payment-related processes is a plus.
Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in relevant tools being an advantage.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foster effective stakeholder relationships.
