Business Analyst (Lead Management), Leading Insurance Company

Our client, a prominent life insurance company, is seeking a Business Analyst to join the digital team in the Corporate Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will manage a life insurance company's lead systems, project delivery, and nurturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user input into actionable business requirements.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance lead capture processes for online-to-offline (O2O) channels, incorporating a UX/UI perspective.

• Serve as the product owner for the customer service lead journey, defining and overseeing lead nurturing strategies across digital platforms, online campaigns, and offline interactions to improve conversion rates.

• Lead end-to-end digital project delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring adherence to timelines.

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in insurance, financial services, or digital transformation domains.

• Strong familiarity with insurance industry processes, particularly in corporate solutions and agency/broker channels, is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Teams).

• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Capability to create user journeys using UX/UI tools such as Figma, Visio, or draw.io.

• Preferable project experience with CRM systems, campaign management, and lead management systems.

• Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
