Business Analyst (Digital Platform) - Global Supply Chain

Our client, a top-performing division within a global supply chain business group specializing in digital platforms, is looking to hire a dedicated individual Business Analyst with relevant business or technical experience in the Logistic/Freight Forwarding/ Booking system. Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support, including advising on function usage and handling inquiries from the operational team or business units.

• Conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) and worked with system developers to resolve issues.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define user requirements.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders to determine the feasibility of new features.

• Assist in evaluating new technologies and features for the digital platform.

• Develop, clarify, and validate functional requirement documentation.

• Work with system developers to devise solutions or workarounds for any problems.

Requirements:

• Strong experience and comprehensive knowledge in the logistics/ freight forwarding/ booking system industry are highly advantageous.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Logistics, Project Management, IT, or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT or digitalization projects.

• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Project management experience is highly advantageous.

• Business-minded, performance-driven, and detail- & results-oriented.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented and detail-focused mindset.

• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Business Analyst position.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
