Business Analyst (Business Process Transformation) – Leading Insurance Group

Our client, a leading insurance group is looking for a Business Analyst to support the business in their process transformation and optimisation. The role will conduct business analyses and collaborate with stakeholders and the digital team to develop solutions for optimizing and transforming business processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams to identify and understand business problems and opportunities for process optimization.

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing processes, and identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Work closely with stakeholders and the Digital Team on requirements, process flows, and solution designs to stakeholders and/or the Digital team, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the optimization process.

  • Perform tests to ensure solution quality and meet user needs.

  • Drive continuous improvement, emphasizing outcomes and promoting innovation.

  • Organise workshops and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions that deliver tangible business value.

  • Perform post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of process optimizations and identify the areas for enhancement.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a specific focus on process optimization or business transformation projects.

  • Proficiency in process modeling and analysis techniques is expected to analyze and improve existing processes effectively.

  • Familiarity with digital process automation solutions and technologies.

  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, such as PL-900, are a big plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as the professional will be expected to propose innovative solutions to improve processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders from different areas of the organization.

  • Knowledge of the Agile framework, coupled with a Lean-Agile mindset, is important in driving changes and continuous improvement.

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions is valuable for generating creative solutions.
