About the Role
Our client is a cornerstone financial infrastructure organization in Hong Kong, driving next-generation FinTech initiatives that shape the region's financial ecosystem. They are currently seeking a highly capable Business Solutions Specialist to support the rollout and continuous operation of large-scale, cross-boundary digital platforms and financial data networks.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate tightly with internal technical teams and senior management to plan, track, and execute the implementation of large-scale FinTech infrastructure platforms, including enterprise data exchanges and digital currency initiatives.
Liaise with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to accurately gather user requirements, conduct comprehensive gap analyses, and deliver strategic business recommendations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external parties to facilitate rigorous risk assessments, security reviews, and regulatory audits across all platforms.
Provide robust operational support for ongoing FinTech systems, which includes monitoring project budgets, handling vendor payments, generating management reports, and drafting standard operating procedures.
Support comprehensive project governance by reviewing legal and compliance documents, managing procurement lifecycles, and overseeing day-to-day vendor performance.
Facilitate executive-level meetings by arranging logistics and compiling critical meeting materials, while also handling ad hoc project tasks as required by the leadership team.

Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related academic discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience encompassing business analysis, product development, project management, or the operation of complex banking and financial systems.
Solid understanding of modern financial technologies, with a strong preference for candidates possessing knowledge in central bank digital currencies (CBDC), blockchain, and cloud computing.
Proven track record and practical experience in managing project lifecycles, executing risk assessments, and coordinating technology audits within heavily regulated environments.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and resilient professional equipped with excellent presentation, multi-tasking, and problem-solving capabilities to work independently.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong, fluent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively manage regional stakeholders.
