Business Analyst, Customer Strategy & Analytics - Top-tier Securities Firm - J13084

Our client, a top-tier securities firm renowned for cutting-edge wealth management and global market solutions, is seeking a Business Analyst to drive strategy, analysis, and sales team performance within their collaborative, data-driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Build robust customer analysis frameworks, tag maps, and behavioral models to track demand evolution and uncover growth opportunities for refined customer operations.

• Track, evaluate, and optimize the conversion effects of sales and operational strategies; develop decision-support tools (e.g., strategy deduction models) to empower the sales team.

• Conduct deep dives into conversion funnels and user psychology, utilizing experiments and data methods to maximize overall customer value.

• Research market-leading data tools to deconstruct customer value elements and create reusable value-identification tools for the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wealth management, securities, or financial institutions, with at least 2 years in a dedicated data strategy/analytics role. Overseas financial market knowledge is a plus.

• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python, R, or SAS for large-scale data analysis, modeling, and marketing applications. Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning concepts.

• Highly data-sensitive with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business and sales growth recommendations.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) with excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Overseas work or living experience is preferred.
