The Role & Landscape: As a Blockchain Solutions Consultant, you will sit at the intersection of hands-on decentralized engineering and client advisory. You will help turn high-level architectural visions into production-ready reality.

• Contribute to the design, architecture, and deployment of decentralized systems and smart contract platforms.

• Develop, test, and review smart contracts utilizing languages such as Solidity, Golang, or Rust.

• Guide and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for enterprise clients.

• Evaluate various blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana) to find the best technical fit for specific business problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.

• Support technical pre-sales efforts, assisting senior architects with proposal writing and client presentations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong foundation in software engineering with solid hands-on experience in blockchain development and smart contracts.

• Proven programming capabilities in Solidity, Rust, Golang, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience working with major blockchain platforms (e.g., EVM-compatible networks, Hyperledger, Polygon, or Solana).

• Familiarity with consensus mechanisms, tokenomics, wallet integrations, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex decentralized concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A strong appetite to grow into an enterprise architecture and client-facing consulting role.
