Our client, a leading global consultancy, is looking for a talented BI Analyst to bolster their analytical strengths and facilitate data-driven decision-making. The perfect candidate will possess a solid foundation in data visualization and experience in creating dashboards using Tableau. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining interactive visualizations, turning complex data into actionable insights, and supporting informed decision-making throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for data analytics and articulate business requirements.
Create interactive reports and connect to various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing performance.
Interpret technical or dashboard structures and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide user training and ensure data security.
Work closely with operations and business teams to enhance existing use cases and streamline processes.
Must-Have Competencies:
Proven 3-5 years of experience in developing and working with Tableau-driven dashboards and analytics.
Advanced Tableau development skills and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing workbook performance.
Solid understanding of SQL, relational database management systems, data modeling, and normalization.
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Good-to-Have Competencies:
Experience in the financial industry or risk management.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Qlik or PowerBI.
Hands-on experience with Python, xQLib, or similar coding languages.
Experience with AWS or Huawei Cloud platforms.
