C# ASP. Net Developer - Leading Insurance Company

Our client, a leading insurer, is looking for a Backend Developer to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET programming languages (C#, ASP.NET), ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Build and optimize RESTful Web APIs to enable seamless integration with frontend applications and external systems.

• Utilize Entity Framework for efficient data access and management within relational database systems.

• Implement and manage database solutions using SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., MS SQL Server) to support business applications.

• Leverage AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS) to deploy, scale, and maintain backend infrastructure.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, analysts, and regional IT teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and company standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, optimizing performance and ensuring system reliability.

• Participate in code reviews and support cross-border projects, aligning with regional development standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with proficiency in .NET programming languages (C#, ASP.NET).

• Strong experience with SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., MS SQL Server).

• Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services for deployment and management of backend systems.

• Proficiency in Entity Framework and developing RESTful Web APIs.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for collaboration with regional teams.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies is preferred.
