My Client is a Leading Financial Group seeking an experienced Azure Solution Architect to join their Architecture team. The ideal candidate will have over 6+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Azure architecture and a background in the insurance industry. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing cloud solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Design and Implementation:Â Lead the design and implementation of Azure-based solutions tailored to meet specific needs.
Stakeholder Engagement:Â Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Azure solutions, ensuring alignment with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
Technical Leadership:Â Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices in Azure architecture and cloud computing.
Continuous Improvement:Â Regularly assess and enhance existing processes and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Platform Knowledge:Â Utilize knowledge of Azure and other cloud platforms (eg GCP) to inform architectural decisions and integrate multi-cloud strategies where applicable.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related major.
Experience:Â Minimum of 6 years in IT, with significant experience in Azure architecture.
Industry Knowledge:Â Proven experience in the insurance industry.
Cloud Knowledge:Â Familiarity with Azure. Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
Communication Skills:Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
