You will act as the ultimate problem solver for the firm's elite cloud infrastructure:

• Incident Management & Resolution: Dive deep into complex AWS infrastructure issues, often with minimal context, troubleshooting your way to the root cause and implementing robust, lasting fixes.

• System Reliability: Maintain, monitor, and secure custom AWS cloud architectures that directly power the firm's critical financial applications, data pipelines, and trading platforms.

• Automation: Utilize Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, and Bash to develop scripts that automate operational tasks, radically improving cloud management efficiency.

• Collaboration: Work intimately with key business stakeholders, developers, and data analysts to ensure cloud solutions remain scalable, secure, and highly performant.

• Optimization: Continuously monitor cloud environments to optimize both technical performance and cost-effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience Level: 3 to 10 years of purely hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Support Specialist (candidates seeking pure architecture or management roles will not be a fit).

• AWS Mastery: In-depth, practical knowledge of core AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch). AWS Certifications (SysOps, DevOps, Solutions Architect) are highly advantageous.

• Diagnostic Mindset: An elite ability to replicate software errors or AWS configuration faults, isolate the underlying cause, and resolve issues gracefully under pressure.

• Infrastructure as Code & Containers: Strong hands-on experience with configuration management (Terraform, Ansible) and container orchestration (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes).

• Scripting & OS: Proficiency in Python or Bash, alongside deep troubleshooting experience across both Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, communication, and composure. You must be able to interpret complex technical queries from fast-paced, highly intelligent end-users and guide them to resolution seamlessly.
