Our client, a leading insurance group, is looking for some QA testers to perform tests for their sales compensation systems, to ensure the quality and reliability of their software applications.

Responsibilities:
Design and create test plans, test scripts, and other relevant documents
Identify defects and ensure that software applications meet the company's quality standards.
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing to ensure the software meets defined quality standards.
Work with the QA lead and business users to define the testing scenario, test cases, and test plans.
Prepare end-to-end UAT plans (resources, schedule, test case, etc.)
Perform user training
Support post-implementation maintenance
Prepare documentation on functional requirements and specifications that detail system implementation and operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of experience or above in UAT or Software Tester position.
Strong experience in driving test plans and test cases.
Experience in the life insurance or banking industries is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, and Chinese is a plus.
