Application Developer - Mainframe & COBOL

We are seeking talented Application Developers to design, develop, and maintain strategic business applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact financial systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic business applications and existing systems.

• Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing computer programs.

• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation as needed.

• Analyze user requirements and define system specifications.

• Provide on-call support for emergency production incidents, including troubleshooting and resolution.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in mission-critical system development, preferably in the financial sector.

• Strong expertise in mainframe technologies, including z/OS, COBOL, CICS, and VSAM.

• Experience with financial messaging protocols is a plus.

• Familiarity with Java, Spring, Hibernate, XML, JMS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, WebSphere.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
