APAC Implementation & Change Manager - Corporate & Investment Banking - J13024

The Role & Landscape: Stepping into this highly visible Regional Implementation role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end rollout of a newly developed, in-house query management and KPI monitoring platform across all APAC locations.

• Direct the deployment of the solution within Global Banking Operations (Cash, Trade, Supply Chain, and Credit) and Global Markets.

• Conduct system demos, coordinate go-live readiness, and execute adoption strategies to transition users seamlessly into Business As Usual (BAU) operations.

• Command project governance by delivering recurring project scorecards and leading executive Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.

• Act as the primary APAC liaison for system enhancements, gathering and documenting business requirements to funnel back to the central global project team.

• Monitor system utilization to support continuous improvement and facilitate the safe, effective decommissioning of legacy applications.

What We Are Looking For:

• A proven track record in System Implementation and Change Management within complex Corporate or Investment Banking environments.

• Demonstrated experience managing regional (APAC) software rollouts and driving user adoption across diverse geographical teams.

• Strong operational domain knowledge in Cash Operations, Trade Services, Supply Chain, or Global Markets.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to present confidently to regional leadership and executive forums.

• Solid capability in requirement gathering, translating business needs to IT, and tracking operational KPIs.
