Responsibilities:

Developer:

• Develop core payment functions using Java/Kotlin

• Design a modular and component-based payment application architecture,

• Collaborate with product, testing, and business teams to align technical requirements.

• Responsible for performance optimization of payment applications and modules.

• Use new technologies to solve current pain points in payment businesses, propose innovative solutions, and lead prototype development and technical verification.

BA:

• Requirements elicitation, analysis, refinement, documentation, and prioritization

• Facilitate effective dialogue among business partners, product managers, and development teams in Japan, Europe, the US, and other regions using both English and Japanese to ensure precise information flow.

• Participate in Solution Design & Documentation

• Agile Team Support

• Support the QA team in developing test strategies and test cases. Lead or actively support UAT

Requirements:

Developer:

• 3+ years of Android application development experience, or 5+ years of Java backend development experience.

• Proficiency in Android or JAVA systems

• Basic knowledge in the security field, including system security, communication security, common security algorithms and principles, and basic security guidelines

• Experience in implementing AI-related technologies is preferred.

BA:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful software project delivery.

In Common:

• Fluent in reading and writing English, Japanese, and Chinese with strong oral communication skills.

• Experience in leading international or cross-regional development teams is a plus.

• Expertise in cloud computing and big data is highly valued.

• Understand financial payment-related business scenarios and key processes.

• A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related majors.
