The Role:
Our client, a global retail leader, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their AI PM team. This is a critical role for someone who bridges the gap between complex data engineering and strategic product delivery. You will work directly with a high-energy team of young, talented engineers to translate AI/Data capabilities into scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full data journey from source integration to final AI product delivery.
Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams; you must understand the "how" behind the code to effectively manage developers and engineers.
Implement and champion rigorous Scrum/Agile methodologies. Ensure strong Product Ownership fundamentals are met to avoid scope creep and delivery delays.
Translate complex data architectural decisions into clear project milestones for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-10 years of solid Project Management experience.
Deep understanding of the full data lifecycle (data ingestion, processing, and productization).
Proven track record of delivering complex data products that consume and process massive datasets.
Expert-level knowledge of Agile frameworks.
Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must-have for seamless collaboration with local and regional teams.
Proven experience in people management with a style that resonates with a young, fast-paced engineering culture.
