We need a Product Owner who is more than just a backlog administrator. We need a "Decider."

You will act as the Strategic Captain of your squad, bridging the gap between Legacy Insurance Processes (Underwriting, Claims) and Cutting-Edge AI. You will have the mandate to prioritize high-value features and push back on low-value requests to ensure the squad delivers real business impact.

The Mandate
Define the "What": You own the product vision. Whether it’s an Agency Chatbot to help brokers sell faster or an Auto-Underwriting tool to process claims, you decide what gets built to maximize business value.
Validate the Architecture:Â You work alongside the AI Architect. You don't write code, but you must be technical enough to challenge them. If a solution is over-engineered or too expensive, you push back. You prioritize "Fail Fast" over perfection.
Master AI Testing:Â You will define how we test non-deterministic AI. You will design the strategy for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to catch "hallucinations" and ensure the bot gives accurate, compliant advice.
Stakeholder Management:Â You are the face of the squad. You will manage expectations with senior Business Heads in Distribution and Operations, translating their complex requirements into clear user stories for the developers.

The Ideal Candidate (The "Bowtie & Startup" Profile)
Polished but Fast:Â You likely come from a Consultancy (Big 4 / Accenture)Â or a Digital Transformation background. You have the "boardroom polish" to present to an Executive Director, but you hate bureaucracy and love Agile speed.
Domain Native:Â You understand Life Insurance. You know the pain points of an Agent trying to submit a policy, or a Claims Officer reviewing a medical receipt. You don't need to be taught the business.
Curious Technologist:Â You might not code, but you play with ChatGPT on weekends. You understand the difference between a "Rules Engine" and an "LLM," and you know when to use which.

Requirements
Experience: 5-8+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation.
Domain:Â Deep exposure to Insurance (Life/General)Â is highly preferred. Experience in Agency Distribution or Claims Operations is a massive plus.
Agile DNA:Â Certified PO or Scrum Master with real-world experience running squads (SAFe/Scrum).
AI Literacy:Â Experience launching Chatbots, RPA, or Digital Automation tools. You must understand the concept of "AI Risk" and "Testing."
Language: Fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory to manage local business stakeholders.
