AI Developer - Leading Financial Services Organization - J12093

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning solutions. Reporting to the AI Solutions Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally to turn data into actionable intelligence — from prototype to scalable deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines with a strong focus on quality, governance, and compliance

• Research, prototype, and productionize ML/DL models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

• Customize and integrate open-source and cloud AI tools (Azure ML, Hugging Face, etc.) into business workflows

• Containerize models, expose via APIs, and embed into CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow

• Monitor model drift, performance, and resource usage; optimize for accuracy and efficiency

• Lead knowledge transfer — write docs, run workshops, and help teams adopt AI effectively

• Stay ahead of AI research trends and pilot innovative techniques with measurable business value

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Fintech, or related field

  • 3+ years of hands-on ML/AI engineering experience in enterprise settings

  • Strong Python/R, ML libraries, SQL, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Proven MLOps skills: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow

  • Portfolio of deployed models (GitHub, case studies)

  • Solid grasp of data governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI

  • Excellent English and Chinese (written/spoken); Mandarin a plus
