In this critical role, you will lead the human-centric side of technology. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI/Fintech solutions and the people who use them, ensuring that the organization doesn't just "implement" technology, but truly extracts its full value.
The Role
This is a high-visibility role focusing on enablement and digital adoption. You will act as the primary catalyst for change, ensuring that new AI-driven processes are channeled effectively into the business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Enablement & Adoption: Develop and lead strategies to drive the adoption of new AI solutions and fintech tools across the organization.
Value Extraction: Focus on maximizing ROI by ensuring teams fully utilize the capabilities of the solutions provided.
User Advocacy: Actively reflect user challenges, issues, and feedback back to the product and technical teams to ensure continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Navigate a complex landscape of senior stakeholders, communicating the "why" behind AI transformation and securing buy-in.
Change Communications: Design and execute clear communication plans that translate technical AI processes into understandable, value-driven business language.
What We Are Looking For
Consulting DNA: A background in Management Consulting (Big 4 or specialist firms) is highly preferred due to the "firm services" nature of the role.
Financial Expertise: Significant experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry is essential.
AI/Tech Savvy: A passion for and understanding of new technologies, specifically how AI can transform business processes.
The "People" Factor: You are an expert in the "human side of change" and understand how to overcome resistance to new technology.
Growth Mindset: We value professionals who are resilient, willing to learn, and can turn complex challenges into success stories.
Professional Requirements
Proven track record in Change Management or Digital Transformation at a senior level (B6/VP equivalent).
Fluent in English. (Fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred to better support the local user base).
Strong analytical skills to track adoption metrics and platform performance.
