AI & Automation Transformation Manager - International Financial Institution

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our client's transformation team. This role is a critical bridge between their business stakeholders (including private bankers and senior management) and their technology partners.

You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering high-impact initiatives leveraging Generative AI, automation (RPA, UI Path, Power Automate), and other digital technologies. The goal is to enhance efficiency, optimize complex processes, and deliver next-generation solutions for their clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Innovation: Design and manage a portfolio of digital projects, translating business priorities into actionable concepts and harnessing emerging technology trends, especially in Generative AI.

• Process Re-engineering: Proactively identify and analyze business processes for high-impact improvement opportunities, designing solutions that leverage a toolkit of AI and automation (RPA, UI Path, Power Automate).

• Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver complex GenAI and automation projects on time, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.

• Stakeholder Management: Manage and influence a diverse group of senior stakeholders, from executive leadership to front-office client advisors, to build consensus and drive adoption.

• User Enablement: Facilitate design-thinking sessions to ideate, refine, and prioritize initiatives. Build and test prototypes with end-users and develop high-quality materials for presentations and training.

• Market Intelligence: Maintain expert-level knowledge of advancements in GenAI, RPA, and Data Analytics, assessing their impact and potential application within a financial regulatory context.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a comparable field.

• Experience: 3 - 7 years in a strategic, consulting, or project delivery role with a clear focus on implementing digital and technology-driven change.

• Domain Knowledge: A strong background in financial services is essential. Specific experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking is highly advantageous.

• Generative AI Expertise: Deep understanding of GenAI models combined with practical experience in successfully deploying AI-powered solutions within a corporate environment.

• Prompt Engineering: Must possess practical, in-depth knowledge of prompt engineering for shaping and controlling model outputs.

• Automation Skills: Hands-on experience or strong conceptual understanding of automation technologies such as UI Path, Power Automate, or other RPA tools.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, technology-centric projects. Experience with Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or User-Centered Design is a significant plus.
