Agile Coach Lead - Financial Institution in Hong Kong

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach Lead to join a growing Digital and Technology team with our client, a leading financial institution in Hong Kong. This leadership role involves mentoring agile coaches and scrum masters, building best practices, facilitating key agile events, and coaching management and leadership teams on agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of agile coaches and scrum masters to ensure the effective implementation of agile methodologies across the organization.

• Develop, implement, and refine best practices for agile processes and frameworks within the institution.

• Facilitate key agile events, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to drive continuous improvement and team alignment.

• Coach management and leadership teams on agile principles and practices to foster an agile culture throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of agile frameworks and scaling methodologies.

• Monitor and report on the progress of agile initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments.

• Provide guidance on agile tools and techniques to enhance team performance and productivity.

Requirements:

• Certified Agile Coach (e.g. ICP-ACC, PSM, CSM, SAFe, LeSS) with demonstrated expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaling methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).

• Proven leadership experience in mentoring and developing agile coaches and scrum masters.

• Strong understanding of agile principles and the ability to apply them in a financial institution setting.

• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead effective agile events and workshops.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coach and influence management and leadership teams.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

• Previous experience in a financial institution or similar environment is preferred.
