Our client, an innovation hub within a leading bank, is looking for an Agile Coach to bring Agile process and methodology to the development team. They are looking for a technology pioneer with a proven track record in Agile Delivery to drive the Agile practice in an innovation environment.
Responsibilities:
Work with the technology and business leader to drive and promote the Agile strategy and direction.
Introduce Agile principles and Scrum methodology across the development and innovation teams.
Lead Agile and Scrum processes, principles, and practices across the organization.
Maintain and build the Agile Maturity model, roadmap, and SLDC framework.
Provide Agile Coaching for the tech teams.
Review and drive resources for Agile Executive frameworks.
Nurture innovative collaborative culture.
Requirements:
Proven Agile delivery and coaching experience in a large enterprise organization.
Experience working as an Agile Coach, or Scrum Master. We welcome someone who is currently in a Scrum Master role and wanted to move into an Agile Coach role.
Experience in delivering digital transformation and programme.
Experience in bringing Scaled Agile, Scrum, and XP methodology into development teams.
Scrum Certified (CSM / PSM / CSPO / PSPO) or other Agile Certifications (SAFe) is highly preferred.
Strong personality and charisma to bring change and transformation to the organization.
In-depth knowledge of Agile and DevOps tools such as JIRA, BluePrint, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, etc.
Great stakeholder management skills to work with business and technology management.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technology or Innovation from a reputable University.
