About the Program

We are looking for seasoned Project Management professionals to join the Demise Management initiative. This large-scale program is responsible for the strategic decommissioning of legacy applications and the seamless "uplift" of data products onto modern, strategic platforms.

Available Tracks:

Track 1: Senior Project Manager (Strategy & Demise) Focus: End-to-end management of application decommissioning and new solution implementation.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead the systematic retirement of legacy applications and the introduction of new data strategy tools.

• Requirements: * Proven experience in application demise and large-scale technical change management.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial knowledge to manage program budgets and ROI.

  • Ideally possesses technical depth to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and data engineering teams.

Track 2: Project Manager (Technical Platforms & Uplift) Focus: Managing the migration and uplift of data products to strategic environments.

• Key Responsibilities: Oversee the "Uplift" for Strategic Data Platforms across various technical tribes, ensuring robust data controls and privacy.

• Requirements: * Hands-on experience in monitoring and managing Data Product migrations.

  • Deep knowledge of Strategic Data Platforms and the associated governance/security standards.

  • Strong organizational skills to track complex technical dependencies.

Core Qualifications for Both Roles:

• Change Management: A solid understanding of change management frameworks is essential to ensure minimal disruption during system transitions.

• Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory. For the technical uplift track, fluency in Cantonese/Chinese is highly preferred to facilitate local team communication.

• Professional Experience: A background in Banking or FinTech data environments is highly advantageous.
