The Enterprise System Operations team under the System & Network Operations department is responsible for managing the round-the-clock, 24x7 operations of HKEX enterprise systems. We play a critical role in ensuring high system availability of Markets, while we will continuously modernize and enhance the team process to support our future business needs.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of system operations, including monitoring computer equipment, performing operational tasks, and escalating incidents when necessary.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality computer operations services in accordance with established standards, policies, and operating procedures.
Review and prepare operational procedures and schedule jobs to ensure efficient system operations.
Collaborate with IT support teams to provide support and assistance in executing system operational activities.
Participate in system recovery activities and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
2 - 3 years experience in system operations
Familiar with the operations of Linux and Windows
Able to work independently and under pressure
7 x 24 shift duty is required
