(Lead) Java Business Analyst, Wealth Management- Leading Brokerage Firm - J12398

Our client, a leading brokerage firm, is launching enterprise-level wealth management OTC trading and workflow digitalization projects. They are looking for strong technical BA/ PM candidates with Java development knowledge at all levels to join the expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Gather and specify business needs from stakeholders.

• Analyze processes and systems to identify improvements.

• Develop detailed solution blueprints and requirements.

• Collaborate with Java developers in China on technical design and code reviews

• Support project tracking, solution validation, and user training.

Candidate Profile:

• Solid project management/ BA working experience in the financial industry (capital markets/investment products).

• Technical background with Java modern development

• For senior candidates with 10+ years of experience, a strong knowledge of financial instruments/ regulations, and a trading/ wealth management system is a must

• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
