Our client, a leading enterprise, is seeking an ERP Data Management Analyst to join the technology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity in managing and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) data.
Job Summary:
The ERP Data Management Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within our ERP system. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and HR, to ensure data compliance, integrity, and efficiency. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our business functions and decision-making processes by providing accurate and meaningful insights derived from ERP data.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and validate ERP data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Develop and implement procedures for data quality control, including data cleansing, deduplication, and data integrity checks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide timely support and solutions to ensure efficient data management practices.
Monitor data metrics, performance, and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for optimizing data processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, such as system errors, data integration problems, and user access management.
Maintain documentation of data standards, definitions, and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to data governance policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Around 4 years experience working as a Data Management Analyst or in a similar role.
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), Azure Cloud platform, and data management principles.
Proficiency in data analysis, verification, and manipulation using SQL, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks is preferred.
