Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to the CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of user needs, processes, and objectives.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, suggesting improvements and providing recommendations based on industry best practices.
Conduct thorough system analysis, identifying any potential risks or areas for improvement, and make appropriate recommendations to enhance CRM system effectiveness.
Develop technical specifications, including data mapping, system configuration, and integration requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of CRM system customizations, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.
Perform comprehensive testing of system changes, ensuring successful deployment and minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM system-related issues, acting as a point of escalation for problem resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, quality assurance analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of CRM system enhancements and upgrades.
Prepare and deliver training materials and documentation for end users, enabling them to effectively utilize the CRM system and maximize productivity.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRM systems, actively participating in professional development activities to enhance personal and team competencies.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a Technical System Analyst, with demonstrated expertise in CRM systems, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
Proven experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications.
Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, data structures, and integration methods.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM.
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Cantonese, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
Professional certifications related to CRM systems, such as Salesforce Administrator or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, are highly desirable.
