Our client is a leading enterprise, they have sophisticated technology and a large customer base with growing business and demand.  As a CRM System Technical Senior System Analyst, you will be responsible for playing a key role in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our CRM system. Your expertise in analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be pivotal in ensuring the effective utilization of the CRM system. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with high-performing individuals in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to the CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of user needs, processes, and objectives.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, suggesting improvements and providing recommendations based on industry best practices.

  • Conduct thorough system analysis, identifying any potential risks or areas for improvement, and make appropriate recommendations to enhance CRM system effectiveness.

  • Develop technical specifications, including data mapping, system configuration, and integration requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of CRM system customizations, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.

  • Perform comprehensive testing of system changes, ensuring successful deployment and minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM system-related issues, acting as a point of escalation for problem resolution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, quality assurance analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of CRM system enhancements and upgrades.

  • Prepare and deliver training materials and documentation for end users, enabling them to effectively utilize the CRM system and maximize productivity.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRM systems, actively participating in professional development activities to enhance personal and team competencies.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a Technical System Analyst, with demonstrated expertise in CRM systems, preferably in a large enterprise environment.

  • Proven experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications.

  • Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, data structures, and integration methods.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM.

  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Cantonese, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines.

  • Professional certifications related to CRM systems, such as Salesforce Administrator or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, are highly desirable.
