Production Support

Production support specialists are responsible for the smooth functioning of all the mission critical systems that are deployed in a trading environment. They detect, troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on a day-to-day basis and generate advanced reports required for different kinds of analyses.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

 •  Advanced experience with Unix, ideally Solaris

 •  Expertise in Perl/Shell scripting

 •  Excellent knowledge in SQL, ideally Sybase

 •  Expertise in one of the OO languages like Java is an advantage

 •  FIX knowledge or trade support experience is definitely an advantage

 •  Excellent communication skills in English
