Business Analysts

Business Analysts perform a liaison function between the business side and the technology side. They thoroughly analyze the needs of the end users and bridge the gap between business and IT. They also elevate the efficiency of current processes by studying their effectiveness and suggesting ways to re-engineer them.

We are looking for strong Business Analysts with the following attributes:

 •  Prior business analysis experience and understanding of the securities industry, trade life cycle.

 •  Thorough expertise in UML.

 •  Excellent communication skills.

 •  Process re-engineering experience.

 •  PRINCE, PMP and other certifications is an advantage.
