Andrew S. Lee

Andrew is a recruitment industry veteran and founder of Pinpoint Asia. He is the strategic visionary behind Pinpoint Asia’s mission to be the leading specialist finance and technology search firm in the Asia Pacific region.

He has spent his entire career in the recruitment industry, first in New York City and subsequently in his hometown of Hong Kong. He has successfully completed numerous senior-level assignments on behalf of a long list of prestigious sell-side and buy-side clients including Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Barclay’s Capital, UBS, Deutsche Bank and SAC Capital as well as cutting edge trading technology and liquidity providers Liquidnet and Lava Trading.

Andrew is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. where he received his BA in Economics. He is passionate about helping his clients build great teams and pinpointing the best people in the industry. He is an avid entrepreneur and property investor and enjoys spending time with his family.
